1. Booking & Payment

  • 2-hour minimum booking required – All sessions must be at least 2 hours.
  • Deposit required to book session – A deposit must be paid upfront to secure your time. The remaining balance is due before your session starts.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. No refunds on last-minute cancellations or no-shows.


2. Studio Etiquette

  • Respect the space and the team – No excessive noise, unnecessary people, or reckless behavior. We’re here to work.
  • Smoking & drinking are allowed, but keep it clean. No spilling drinks, no ashes everywhere—respect the equipment and space.
  • No outside engineers unless approved by the studio. Our team ensures the best quality for your music.


3. Guests & Conduct

  • Limit your guests – Too many people in the studio can slow down the session. Keep it focused.
  • No disruptive or ignorant behavior – If you get too wild, you’ll be asked to leave with no refund.
  • Security reserves the right to remove anyone who disrespects the studio, staff, or other clients.


4. Time Management

  • Your session starts at the booked time, whether you’re there or not. Arrive early and be ready.
  • Setup and breakdown are part of your time – Engineers will keep the session moving, but come prepared to maximize your studio hours.


5. Music & Content Policy

  • We respect all creative expression, but we don’t tolerate hate speech, threats, or excessive negativity. Keep it real, but keep it professional.
  • If you plan on filming or streaming your session, let the studio know in advance.


6. Studio Liability

  • You are responsible for your belongings. The studio is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • Any damage to studio equipment caused by you or your guests will be charged to you.
